Secrets Safe with Us

Neither of us will share confidential info with third parties without written consent. What happens in HiVE stays in HiVE.

Public knowledge exception.
If something's already public or independently created, it's not considered confidential. Common sense prevails.
The Reality Check
Understanding Our Limits
We're good, but not wizards.
We can't be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Think of it like a GPS — we'll guide you well, but can't control every detour.
Fair compensation cap.
Our maximum liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. It's a reasonable safety net for both of us.
Location matters.
Some regions don't allow certain liability limitations. If that's your case, different rules might apply — check your local laws.
The Exit Strategy
When Paths Diverge
Breaking up is hard.
Either party can end services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Clean, professional, respectful.
We choose our partners.
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, anytime. It's rare, but sometimes partnerships just don't fit.
Final invoice.
If things end, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Let's close the books cleanly.
